Marine City Music Festival, Inc. was formed in September, 2008.
Goals of the organization are: to produce a festival with an emphasis on music, to encourage tourism and an awareness of Marine City and to promote the economic growth of the city.

Bylaws have been established and regular agendas and minutes are on file for the monthly meetings of the Steering Committee and the General Membership.
The IRS granted the corporation status as a 501 (c) 3 effective September 22, 2008.
The General Membership of the corporation has voting rights over the direction and nature of activities and anyone interested in joining should simply contact the Chair
